Meet Erin
I’m Erin, the founder of Team Manager HQ—and a parent who has spent years managing youth hockey and soccer teams, from recreational programs to competitive AAA teams, including seasons with tournaments, team travel and international trips.
I’ve managed budgets and fundraising, tournaments and travel, hotels, apparel and equipment orders, parent communication, volunteers, team events, deadlines—and all the little details that somehow become the manager’s responsibility.
Team Manager HQ grew out of the systems, tools and lessons I’ve built along the way: what works, what doesn’t, and what makes a season easier to manage. It’s what I wish someone had handed me when I first said yes to managing a team.
